Position Overview: Assistant Spray Foam Installer
Job Type: Full-Time, Year-Round
Starting Wage: From $22.00/hour, negotiable based on experience
Benefits: Available after probationary period
Location: Parry Sound & surrounding regions
As a Spray Foam Helper, you’ll work closely with a Licensed Spray Foam Installer, assisting with daily operations, job site preparation, equipment handling, and cleanup. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to build long-term skills in the insulation industry.
Key Responsibilities

Assist the Lead Spray Foam Installer with daily spray foam applications

Help operate spray foam equipment under supervision

Prepare job sites by masking windows, doors, floors, and finished surfaces

Set up and take down scaffolding and safety equipment
-
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Remove overspray and complete job site clean-up

Support basic spray foam equipment maintenance and gun rebuilding
-
Keep trucks, tools, and equipment clean and in good working order

Assist on blown-in fibre or fiberglass insulation crews when required

Clock in and out using Blip by BrightHR

Help complete daily job sheets and submit required documentation

Follow all safety procedures, site rules, and company standards
