Position Overview: Assistant Spray Foam Installer

Job Type: Full-Time, Year-Round


Hourly Wage: $18–$20 per hour, based on experience


Benefits: Available after one year


Location: Parry Sound & surrounding areas

As an Insulation Installer, you’ll be responsible for installing, replacing, and upgrading insulation systems in homes and buildings to improve comfort, energy efficiency, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and replace insulation in residential and commercial buildings

  • Remove and dispose of old insulation following safety guidelines

  • Load, unload, and transport insulation materials and tools

  • Install and blow insulation in attics

  • Measure, cut, and fit insulation for walls, ceilings, and around pipes

  • Secure insulation using fasteners, tape, staples, or other approved methods

  • Transport tools and equipment to and from job sites

  • Follow company policies and industry safety standards at all times

  • Clock in and out using the Blip by BrightHR mobile app

  • Perform additional duties as required by the crew or supervisor

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of insulation materials or willingness to learn

  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

  • Comfortable using hand tools and power tools

  • Ability to work at heights (Working at Heights training provided if needed)

  • Strong attention to detail and organization

  • Good time management and communication skills

  • Valid driver’s licence preferred (local pickup/drop-off in Parry Sound available)
