Position Overview: Insulation Supervisor / Installer Supervisor
Job Type: Full-Time, Year-Round
Compensation: Staring at $20 hr
Benefits: Available after one year
Location: Parry Sound & surrounding areas
As an Insulation Supervisor, you will oversee installation crews, ensure work is completed to code and company standards, and act as a key link between field teams, management, and sales.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise insulation crews to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to Soundseals Insulation standards

Train and mentor installers on insulation materials, installation methods, and best practices

Monitor crew performance and provide daily or weekly feedback to the General Manager

Ensure full compliance with Ontario Health & Safety (OHSA) regulations, PPE requirements, and company policies

Confirm all installations meet building code, job specifications, and daily work orders

Communicate daily job progress updates to the Sales Representative

Advise the General Manager at the end of each day on materials, equipment, or site needs for the following day

Install and replace insulation in residential and commercial buildings

Remove and dispose of old insulation following safety guidelines

Load, unload, and manage insulation materials and equipment

Install or blow attic insulation to required R-values and SoundSeals standards

Measure, cut, and fit insulation for walls, ceilings, and around mechanical penetrations

Secure insulation using approved fasteners and methods

Ensure all required materials and equipment are loaded for each jobsite

Return company equipment to the shop at the end of each day

Follow all company and industry safety policies, including completion of assigned health and safety training

Clock in and out using the Blip mobile app

Submit maintenance requests for trucks, compressors, hoppers, or tools as required

Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements

Strong knowledge of insulation materials and installation methods

Ability to determine the best insulation solution for each project

Confident leadership and decision-making skills

Proficiency with hand tools and power tools

Ability to work at heights (valid Working at Heights required; training available)

Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
