Position: Spray Foam Installer (Licensed)

We are seeking an experienced, licensed Spray Foam Technician who can take ownership on job sites, maintain company standards, and help lead and train crew members.

This role is ideal for someone looking to advance their career in spray foam installation while working consistently across Parry Sound and Muskoka.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install spray foam insulation in walls, ceilings, ductwork, crawlspaces, and basement slabs

  • Follow direction from the President, General Manager, Estimator, or Site Foreman

  • Assess job site conditions and properly prepare work areas

  • Protect windows, flooring, and finished surfaces prior to installation

  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot spray foam equipment

  • Set up and dismantle scaffolding safely

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

  • Follow all spray foam safety procedures and UFC guidelines

  • Complete job site labels and required documentation

  • Dispose of waste materials properly

  • Clock in/out using the Blip by BrightHR app

  • Complete and submit daily job sheets on time

  • Communicate with management if work cannot be completed as scheduled

  • Train and supervise assistants and new employees

  • Act as a reliable team leader and respond to calls/texts during business hours (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in residential or commercial construction

  • Valid Spray Foam Licence (UFC or equivalent)

  • WHMIS and Working at Heights certification (training available if needed)

  • Strong understanding of building code and building science

  • Knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and job site procedures

  • Ability to lift heavy materials and tools

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic

  • Positive attitude and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
