Position: Spray Foam Installer

We are seeking an experienced & Licensed Spray Foam Technician who can take responsibility on job sites, uphold company standards, and guide team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow directions from the President, General Manager, Estimator, or Site Foreman
Install spray foam insulation in walls, ceilings, ductwork, and basement slabs to company standards
Assess job site conditions and prepare work areas, including protecting windows and flooring
Operate and maintain spray foam equipment safely and efficiently
Troubleshoot equipment issues and support the foam team as needed
Set up and take down scaffolding
Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow spray foam safety protocols
Dispose of waste materials properly
Clock in/out using the Blip by BrightHR app
Complete and submit all daily job sheets on time
Ensure UFC guidelines are met, including completing Job Site Labels
Communicate with President or Estimator before leaving a site if work cannot be completed
Train assistants and new employees, responsible for all work done under your supervision

Be a reliable, team-oriented leader and respond promptly to calls/texts during business hours (6am–6pm)

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential or commercial construction
Spray foam licence (UFC or equivalent)
WHMIS and Working at Heights (training provided if needed)
Strong understanding of building code and building performance
In-depth knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and procedures
Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
Ability to lift heavy materials and tools
Strong communication skills

Positive attitude, adaptability, and leadership qualities
