WHAT SPRAY FOAM INSULATION DO WE APPLY?
At SoundSeals Insulation, we use spray foam insulation — also known as spray polyurethane foam (SPF). This foam is created when the two materials, isocyanate and polyol resin, react after being mixed together. When the foam is sprayed in place, the foam will expand up to 30 to 60 times its liquid volume.
There are two types of spray foam we use in particular: light-density open-cell spray foam insulation and medium-density closed-cell spray foam insulation. We will apply either expanding foam to your home’s wall cavities and crevices to fill the area and enhance your home’s protection.
